ChannelAdvisor Labs is a new team at ChannelAdvisor focused on exploring innovative new technologies and products that are all geared towards helping merchants sell more.  If you’d like to learn more about our history, click on the “about CA labs” link on the left.

One very important distinction we want to point out is that CA Labs utilizes a different process for software development than other CA production offerings.  The process is based on rapid development with minimal QA.  While this will allow us to get many new offerings to you rapidly, we’ll be relying on you to help us identify any problems and also let us know if we should continue with the products or if we’ve missed the mark and the products are not of value to you.

In fact, you will see this detailed in our terms of use and we’ve clearly marked all of the products as Beta.  If you don’t have time to help us develop these products, then we invite you to look at our non-beta products.  However if you like to try the latest and greatest technologies and are passionate about selling online and sharing your feedback then you are in the right place.

	Customer Communication Center Provides a hosted application that streamlines the process of handling consumer emails.  This beta version is open to all sellers and is not integrated (yet!) with the CA auction management systems.
	Direct2Search Aggregates ChannelAdvisor customer’s products and places them on top search engines via Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing and MSN AdCenter and in the future, other sales channels.
	DSRWatch DSRWatch is the easiest way to discover, track, and benchmark detailed eBay seller ratings.
